Choosing the right homecare provider is a massive

Marinescu who together with her dedicated team help

Following on from those successes we are delighted to

announce that ABClivein Care are the latest recipients of

one of our Awards of Excellence for 2024.

With our awards we think it’s important to recognise

organisations that are bringing something new and

innovative to their marketplace. They don’t necessarily

have to be the biggest but they have to be an

organisation that is trying to ofer something diferent to

what is already out there and above all they must ofer

a great product or service. We feel that ABClivein Care

ticks all the boxes and are worthy winners of our award.

The awards are clearly no accident and will come as no

surprise to anybody that has worked with them. In this

edition we will try and give you an insight into the work

that they do and the success that they’ve enjoyed.

At ABClivein Care they understand that all their clients

have diferent needs, so they start by meeting with you

to create a tailored care plan specific to your needs as

well as matching you to the right care worker to suit

your everyday needs. Every care plan is diferent, and

person centered for each person. Giving individuals the

freedom to continue living their lives in their own home

with independence, giving them a better quality of life.

ABClivein Care are committed to finding the best and

most cost-efective way of meeting the client’s needs

and aspirations. They will be fully supported to make

informed choices about their future which will be

incorporated into their personal care plans.

Many of ABClivein Care’s clients could be described as

vulnerable and require various levels of care. Being able

to continue to live in their home environment but still

receive an outstanding level of care allows them to retain

a level of independence, living in the community but

also crucially it allows them to continue living a happy

and fulfilling life. The team can support their clients with

personal care and hygiene. They can prompt, encourage

and administer medication and support you with hospital

appointments. They can also help with daily tasks

throughout the day including shopping, preparation of

meals and can even help with your beloved pet.

Although the care delivery is holistic, it is imperative

that the necessary preventative interventions are

implemented to ensure that the client is able to sustain

living independently. In each client’s care plan are risk

assessments that address all areas specific to their

individual care needs. To ensure that the client is kept

safe at all times there is always a risk assessment in

place for staf members to read and follow to ensure

the safety of the client is maintained. In addition to

this, communication is also a very important element

of running an efective care service, with a daily record

of actions, interventions and outcomes recorded and

closely monitored. The management team goes to great

lengths to react quickly and efciently to find and match

the perfect carer for you.
